Kabuli pulao
is a popular Afghan dish made with basmati rice, lamb, carrots, raisins, and spices like cardamom and cumin. The lamb is cooked in the rice with the spices, and the raisins and carrots are added towards the end. The dish is often garnished with fried almonds or pistachios.

1 TBS Garlic Ginger Paste
8-10 Laung
15-20 Black Pepper
2 Bari Elaichi
2 Daar Cheeni
1 TBS Salt
1 TS Garam Masala
½ TS Zeera
4½ Glass Beef Stock
2 Carrots
2 TBS Sugar
Kishmish/Raisins
Badam/Almonds
