  • MANCHURIAN INGREDIENTS:

  1. ½ Kg Beef Keema
  2. ½ TS Garlic Ginger Paste
  3. ½ Egg
  4. 2-3 Pinch
  5. ½ TS Salt
  6. ½ TS Black Pepper
  7. ⅓ Cup Oil
  8. 1 M Shimla Mirch
  9. 1 M Onion
  10. 2 TBS Dark Soya Sauce
  11. 3 TBS Vinegar
  12. ½ TBS Chicken Powder
  13. ½ TS Salt
  14. ½ TS Black Pepper
  15. ½ TS Chilli Flakes
  16. 2 TS Sugar
  17. ½ Bowl Ketchup
  18. 1 Glass Water
  19. ½ TS Red Food Color
  20. 1½ TBS Corn Flour

  • FRIED RICE INGREDIENTS:

  1. 750g Rice
  2. 1½ Carrot
  3. Green Onion
  4. 1 Shimla Mirch
  5. ½ Cabbage
  6. 1 TBS Dark Soya Sauce
  7. 3 TBS Vinegar
  8. 1 TS Salt
  9. ½ TS Black Pepper
  10. Yellow Food Color
